With that, we broke it down into three distinct groups. I think back to the beginning of the pandemic. Many dealers had to adapt and adopt online services to be there for consumers who couldn&#8217;t necessarily go in person and do business at the dealership. <\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559740&quot;:276}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559740&quot;:276}\">3. <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">In-person Visits to a Dealership Reign Supreme<\/span><\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">However, this doesn&#8217;t necessarily mean that visits to the dealership have become obsolete.\u00a0<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559740&quot;:276}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">While a growing number of consumers are researching online before they buy, our research has found that nothing beats a visit to the dealership. \u200bThe touch, the feel factor, and test drives contribute to the full experience of buying a car. Dealers must address this head-on in their messaging to provide reassurance to auto-intenders. <\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559740&quot;:276}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559740&quot;:276}\">\u00a05. <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Car Buyers Prefer TV for Dealership Advertising\u200b<\/span><\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Lastly, we asked panelists, \u201chow do you want to be engaged with dealers regarding their advertising?\u201d Overall, 46% said they are most receptive to television &#8211; which makes sense. TV is a completely visual medium, and seeing the car and its features is part of the car-buying experience. \u00a0TV can show off the wow factor and really get people into a dealership&#8217;s doors.
