One in 11 of its residents were food insecure. Accelerated by the public health concerns and economic uncertainty, today\u00a0<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.oregon.gov\/fooddrive\/Documents\/2021OregonFoodBankNetworkHungerFacts.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\"><span data-contrast=\"none\">that number has risen to 1 in 6<\/span><\/a><span data-contrast=\"auto\">.\u00a0<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559740&quot;:276}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">It\u2019s a problem that the team at\u00a0<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.kgw.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\"><span data-contrast=\"none\">KGW<\/span><\/a><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> in Portland doesn\u2019t take lightly.
