Gannett Acquires Stock of Internet Advertising Technology Firm, PointRoll, Inc.

McLEAN, VA – Gannett Co., Inc. (NYSE: GCI) today acquired the stock of PointRoll, Inc., the leading rich media marketing company that provides internet user friendly, non-intrusive technology that lets advertisers expand their space online and receive a more measurable impact from their online advertising campaigns.

Saridakis was PointRoll’s chief operating officer. Jules Gardner, who was the company’s founder and CEO, announced he is leaving the company.
