Gannett Directors Approve 23-Cent Dividend
McLean, Va. – A quarterly dividend of 23 cents per share was approved today by the board of directors of Gannett Co., Inc. (NYSE:GCI). The dividend is payable on April 1, 2002, to shareholders of record on March 8, 2002.
The directors met in regular session today.
Gannett Co., Inc. is an international news and information company that publishes 95 daily newspapers in the USA, including USA TODAY, the nation’s largest-selling daily newspaper.
