Heskett Named vice President/Finance of Gannett’s Broadcasting Division
McLEAN, VA – Julie Heskett, vice president/business manager of Gannett’s KSDK-TV in St. Louis, today was named vice president/Finance of Gannett Broadcasting.
“Julie is smart and energetic; we are thrilled to have her join our team,” said Dave Lougee, president of Gannett Broadcast. “Her sharp financial skills, as well as her strategic way of thinking, will be a great asset to Gannett Broadcasting’s corporate staff.”
Heskett has been business manager of KSDK-TV in St. Louis since 2000, adding the title of vice president in 2007. She joined KSDK-TV in April of 1998 as accounting manager. Prior to Gannett, Heskett was a controller at HS Construction Company.
Heskett attended the National Association of Broadcasters Management Development Seminar for Television Executives in 2004 and completed a 12-month Gannett Broadcasting Management program the same year. She is a graduate of Maryville University in St. Louis and has an MBA from Fontbonne College.
Heskett replaces Caroline J. Miller, who resigned earlier this month.
