McLEAN, VA – TEGNA Inc. (NYSE: TGNA) today announced that the 2018 Annual Meeting of Shareholders will be held on April 26, 2018 at 10 a.m. (ET) at the company’s headquarters in McLean, VA.
Shareholders of record on February 26, 2018 will be notified of the meeting and will be eligible to vote.
