McLEAN, VA – TEGNA Inc. (NYSE: TGNA) today announced it has sold Clipper Magazine to Valassis, a leader in intelligent media delivery. Clipper is a local advertising and marketing solutions provider offering a full line of digital and print options. Terms were not disclosed.
