Gannett Board Approves 25-Cent Dividend
McLEAN, VA – A quarterly dividend of 25 cents per share was declared today by the board of directors of Gannett Co., Inc. (NYSE:GCI). The dividend is payable on Jan. 2, 2004 to shareholders of record on Dec. 12, 2003.
The directors met in regular session today.
