Gannett Board Sets Date of 2010 Annual Meeting of Shareholders
McLEAN, VA – The Board of Directors of Gannett Co., Inc. (NYSE: GCI) said today the 2010 Annual Meeting of Shareholders will be held at the company’s headquarters in McLean, VA, on May 4, 2010 at 10:00 a.m. ET.
Shareholders of record on March 5, 2010 will be notified of the meeting and will be eligible to vote.
