Gannett Board Approves 24-Cent Dividend
McLEAN, VA – A quarterly dividend of 24 cents per share was declared today by the board of directors of Gannett Co., Inc. (NYSE:GCI). The dividend is payable on Jan. 2, 2003 to shareholders of record on Dec. 12, 2002.
The board met in regular session today.
