Gannett Board Approves Dividend
ARLINGTON, Va. – A quarterly dividend of 23 cents per share was approved today by the Board of Directors of Gannett Co., Inc. (NYSE:GCI). The dividend is payable on Jan. 2, 2002, to shareholders of record on Dec. 14, 2001.
The directors met in regular session today.
Gannett Co., Inc. (NYSE: GCI) is an international news and information company that publishes 97 daily newspapers in the USA, including USA TODAY, the nation’s largest-selling daily newspaper.
