Gannett Elects Board Members, Declares Dividend
McLEAN, VA – Gannett Co., Inc. (NYSE:GCI) shareholders re-elected three members to the company’s Board of Directors at its annual meeting today. H. Jesse Arnelle, Solomon D. Trujillo and Karen Hastie Williams were elected to three-year terms.
Gannett directors serve for staggered terms, with approximately one-third of the board standing for election each year.
The board of directors also declared a regular quarterly dividend of 24 cents per share, payable on July 1, 2003 to shareholders of record on June 6, 2003.
