Gannett Board Sets Date of Annual Shareholder Meeting
McLEAN, VA – The Board of Directors of Gannett Co., Inc. (NYSE: GCI) said today the 2007 Annual Meeting of Shareholders will be held at the company’s headquarters in McLean, VA, on April 24, 2007 at 10:00 a.m. ET.
Shareholders of record as of the close of business on February 28, 2007 will be notified of the meeting and will be eligible to vote.
