TEGNA to Acquire Top Ranked Stations in the Midwest
TEGNA announced in June that it entered into a definitive agreement with the Dispatch Broadcast Group to acquire leading television station WTHR (NBC affiliate and the #1 rated station in Indianapolis, IN), and WBNS,(CBS affiliate and the #1 rated station in Columbus, OH).
